Every Tuesday evening from 7pm - 8pm Drumming The Cirle of Light, cost $20, you are given a light meditation and the opportunity to drum out frustration, lingering anger or anything that we are holding onto that needs to be released to move us forward. An amazing experience
We are able to offer you an experience on our Far Infrared Amethyst Mat. Book in for 1/2 hr or 1hr. This mat will aid in relaxation, immunity boosting, detoxification, pain relief and recovery and so much more.( At the end of Sept we will be able to enhance this further with Cromalive Light Colour Therpy)
